The Committee OF European Banking of supervisor (CEBS) was created in accordance with a decision of the European commission on 5 November 2003. Task of the committee is it to promote co-operation in the bank range and exchange regularly information. The committee is to contribute to the fact that the guidelines of the European community are uniformly converted and the bank-up-obvious practices of the member states to approximate each other. It is to improve bank-up-obvious co-operation, including the exchange of information concerning individual supervised institutions.
