MaRisk is the abbreviation for the minimum requirements to the risk management.
The MaRisk is the obligatory default of the Federal Institution for supervision of financial service (BaFin) for the arrangement of the risk management in German Kreditinstituten.In the MaRisk has the BaFin as supervisory authority on basis of the "§25a Abs.1 KWG the existing minimum requirements to the operation of commercial transactions (MAH), which to the arrangement of the internal revision (MaIR) and those updates and supplements minimum requirements minimum requirements to the loan business (MaK) of the credit institutes consolidated.
